Anyone who has said yes to a run in the last 90 days. People who joined once and never came back don't count toward the 40.
What happens when we pass 40 members?
Nothing breaks. You get a note and 30 days of Club for free, then the choice is yours. No run is ever blocked on a Saturday morning.
Do members ever pay?
No. Members join, RSVP and use the app for free on every plan. The club pays one flat price, however many people turn up.
Is there a price for nonprofit and school clubs?
Half price on Club and League for registered nonprofits and school teams. Write to us from the club's address and we'll set it up the same day.
Can the club's treasurer pay by invoice?
Yes, on yearly billing. We send one invoice in the club's name, payable by card or bank transfer, with a receipt for the books.
How do we cancel?
Two taps in settings. You keep an export of every run and member, and a club that fits in Crew simply moves there.
